Straight answers
Is the free migration really free?
Yes, for accounts with 250 or more contacts. Omnisend's team rebuilds automations, forms and segments and states a five business day turnaround. It's a customer-acquisition offer on their side, which is exactly why it's worth using.
What does Omnisend not do as well?
It has no built-in CRM, fewer integrations than Klaviyo, and lacks Klaviyo's predictive analytics and custom report builder. If your team lives in those reports, Omnisend will feel thinner. If you mainly need reliable flows and a bill that doesn't creep, it won't.
Will I lose my list or my consent records?
Contacts and subscription status transfer with the import. Keep the old account active until you've verified the data — there's no reason to cancel on day one, and running both in parallel costs you one extra month at most.
At 10,000 contacts the price gap looks small. Why switch?
